2. Product appearance:
You can pick it up to check the appearance of the product, mainly looking at the five aspects of the appearance:
(1) Pitting corrosion: including bubbles. Scars, plating tumors, slag layer and local thickness;
(2) Edge crack: edge crack and material residue;
(3) Scratches: knife marks, line marks, nail scratches, etc.
(4) Cracks: cracks and so on.
(5) Sand holes: pinholes, pores, particles, etc., depending on whether there are missing edges or corners around, whether the electroplating is intact, and whether the size meets the design requirements. Neodymium magnet coating prevents corrosion and rust on the surface of the magnet. The same specification is placed on a surface that can be adsorbed, which can be used to distinguish the magnitude of the magnetic force.
